Dracula Protocol weekly update

We Know It’s Been A Tough Week.

And we appreciate each and every one of you dedicated Draculas who
have stuck with us and believed in our vision. This medium will
serve not only to provide some updates for DRC but also as a
way to express that we have heard your concerns and are responding
accordingly.

We Have New Targets To Drain!

We are adding two new targets to Dracula.sucks today. The primary target we are adding is Dodo Exchange. Pools will begin receiving rewards at approximately 18:00 UTC in order to allow everyone to migrate and prepare their tokens beforehand. Drain will be up a little bit later.
We will also be adding Xswap as a victim as well.

A New Proposal For Unminted DRC

Cancellation of the final two days of hyperinflation left us with a TON of unminted DRC(1–1.5 mln).

Rather than just allow this to sit in the void, we propose to use the unminted DRC as a temporary promotion for new farmers by offering it as rewards, resulting in an increase of our APY. Farmers would yield an APY between 90–150% of victims’ APY until this DRC ​has been totally depleted.

This will be a small enough amount to avoid becoming the target of attacks but will be large enough to sustain TVL and to encourage migration to Dracula Protocol and increase DRC liquidity significantly.

This will not reintroduce our previous problems with inflation. We will only be using unminted DRC from the final two days of hyperinflation and the inflation rate will be lower than 0.5% per day. DRC will still maintain its current cap in total supply and may be reverted to being a deflationary token. nAPY metrics on the website will be updated accordingly.
This new program is scheduled to begin in 12 hours. However, we will not move forward with it without giving the community a chance to be heard. We encourage our users to voice their opinions on this proposal
as soon as they read this article so that we can accurately gauge the community’s sentiment.

The Airdrop is scheduled to take place on approximately October 30th. Eligibility parameters will be published in next week's update.

Protocol development

We are currently developing a system of oracles to be integrated into our adapters. These oracles will calculate victims’ metrics on-chain. We hope that these will be useful for our victims and other users in the Ethereum network. Mainly, they should increase the speed of Dracula.sucks substantially.

We will add several more victims this week. We are currently in the process of exploring new targets and new ways to utilize our technology in non-damaging ways.
